Conal Deedy is Director of Customer Productivity Solutions at Volvo Trucks North America, leveraging technology to improve customer success with our trucks and services.
Conal has a Civil Engineering Degree from University of Massachusetts and a Master’s Degree in Transportation from Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden. He has worked for over 30 years in the transportation field, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and safety. Some examples of industry innovations he has pioneered include the services Remote Diagnostics and Remote Programming which have revolutionized truck uptime, reliability and safety.
Conal is a proud resident of Greensboro where he enjoys any opportunity to get out on the water including coaching the local high school sailing team.
