Henry L. Greenidge Esq. is the Senior Manager for New Public Policy and Government Relations at Cruise. Henry works with state and local regulators to scale AV operations across the country. Prior to his role at Cruise, Henry served as Executive Vice President at Tusk Holdings where he led the Pericles Group and served as co-head of the transportation and infrastructure practice at Tusk Strategies. At the federal level,. Henry previously held policymaking roles in the Obama Administration at the Federal Communications Commission, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the White House Office of Management Budget. In NYC, Henry has led teams supporting NYC's $20 Billion climate program, and he has worked to implement Vision Zero and expand Bus Rapid Transit at the NYC Mayor's Office and the NYC DOT. Henry earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore and graduated from the Scripps Howard School of Journalism at Hampton University with a Bachelor of Arts.
