Scott Webber – serves as the Town Manager of Spindale, a position he has held since November 2014. As Town Manager, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Town and implementation of the goals established by the Spindale Board of Commissioners. A native of Rutherford County, he grew up in Forest City where he attended public school and graduated from East Rutherford High School. He is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte, where he majored in Economics. Scott is a member of the International City/County Manager Association and the North Carolina City/County Manager Association. Scott lives in Rutherford County with his wife and three children and is active in the community and his church.
