Yaidee Castillero Fox has years of experience as a local government executive and professional, all with the City of Hickory in various roles. She started working for the City in November 2003 and currently serves as an Assistant City Manager. She has oversight and experience in legislative affairs, legal, and special projects, such as the City’s $40 million bond program that has increased to over $115 million in infrastructure and enhancements for the Hickory Trail System. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and a Master of Public Administration from Villanova University. She is also a graduate of the Municipal Administration Course at the UNC School of Government, an ICMA Credentialed Manager, and an ICMA Equity Officer Institute member.
