Sam Sinclair is a highway safety professional with more than 20 years' experience designing, implementing, and overseeing traffic safety projects, programs, and funding. Mr. Sinclair is the Team Lead for Safety Programs for the Region 3 Office of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). He joined NHTSA in September of 2011. His primary duty is to lead a team of Highway Safety Specialists coordinating NHTSA’s grant programs with Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, Delaware, West Virginia, Kentucky, and North Carolina.
