Lydon Sleeper is the East Policy Lead for Joby Aviation. He focuses primarily on engaging state and local governments about advanced aerial mobility and working in key markets to prepare for Joby's commercial launch. Prior to joining Joby, Lydon worked for the City of New York where he held several senior roles including Director of the NYC Mayor's Office of Intergovernmental Affairs, Chief of Staff at the City's Dept of Housing Preservation & Development, and Senior VP of Government and Community Affairs the NYC Economic Development Corporation.
