Bobby is an infrastructure consulting executive focused on leveraging his 28 years of public sector transportation service to support state DOTs. Prior to HNTB, Bobby was Chief Operating Officer at NCDOT, where he led overall operations and strategy for the Department and managed an 80,000-mile highway network and an annual budget of $5.8 billion. At NCDOT, he led the effort to secure legislative authority for the state’s largest transportation revenue bond authorization totaling $3 billion and drove several initiatives to streamline NCDOT’s operations and project development processes.
