Keith Nixon is the Director of Business Acquisition at Balfour Beatty. With more than 30 years of experience in project management, estimating, and contractual matters, Keith is responsible for leading Balfour Beatty's pre-construction efforts. His experience spans all aspects of project delivery, including estimating, proposal preparation, planning and scheduling work, procurement, management of operating procedures, and subcontract management and administration. Keith is an integral member of Balfour Beatty's Southeast Region Management Team based in Wilmington, NC. He plays a key role in developing and implementing the Region's strategic business plan, including heading up Balfour's alternative delivery efforts in North Carolina. Some of Keith's notable highlights include working on the US-70 James City DB (U-5713 R-5777AB), I-295 Fayetteville Outer Loop DB (U-2519 AA-AB), Surf City Bridge (B-4929), Virginia Dare Bridge (R-2551A), and I-140 Wilmington Bypass (R-2633B).
