Mr. Hurley has been working for the Lane Construction Corporation in North Carolina for 20 years.    In 2004 he was first assigned to the I-540 Project near RDU airport where he served as a field engineer & surveyor.    He has held various roles on multiple NCDOT projects over his tenure.  He was the concrete paving engineer for the Yadkin River Bridge Project in Salisbury, the project engineer for the City of Charlotte’s Lynx Blue Line Project, the project manager for the I-85 Widening Project in Rowan County and currently serves as the project director for the I-40/I-77 Interchange Project in Statesville.    He has also done multiple stints with Lane’s estimating & pursuit teams in the hunt for new work.    In every role Mr. Hurley has worked closely with project stakeholders, to include the Lane’s valued DBE partners.
