Travis is a heavy civil and transportation infrastructure contractor with 36 years of experience in the Highway construction industry. Using his 6 years experience with the Georgia Department of Transportation and 30 years with the contracting side of the industry he is managing Blythe Development’s Alternate Delivery and Joint Venture work. In the past 8 years with Blythe Development Travis has been their representative on over $1Billion in contract value. Travis has been very active within the contracting industry with participation in the AGC / ACEC /NCDOT Alternate delivery subcommittee, Carolina Asphalt Paving Association, Georgia Highway Contractor’s Association and the National Asphalt Paving Association.
