Kosal Sarou is a DBE Compliance Officer for Skanska USA Civil Southeast, Inc. His primary focus is on ensuring DBE Compliance. Prior to joining Skanska, Sarou worked as a DBE Compliance Officer at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), and as an investigator for civil rights violations at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. With over a decade of experience in the Civil Rights/DBE Compliance field, Sarou has worked on billion-dollar heavy civil projects in Florida, Virginia, and the Maryland Department of Transportation.
