Paige Heintzman is the P3 director of delivery for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT). She has 14 years of experience in transportation engineering across both the public and private sectors. In her current role, Paige leads the delivery of TDOT’s Choice Lanes program through a P3 model, overseeing the process from concept through construction and operation. She is responsible for managing technical pre-let, commercial, and post-let activities for TDOT’s first P3 project — the Interstate 24 Southeast Choice Lanes project. A native of West Tennessee, Paige earned her bachelor’s in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University and her master’s in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Paige and her family reside in Nashville.
