Kate Jostworth is head of first-mile drayage products for the United States at Maersk, overseeing solution design, pricing and performance for trucking services across more than 12 terminals and brokerage functions. Her portfolio includes more than 650,000 truck moves annually. With 19 years of experience in maritime logistics, Kate has held roles in operations, procurement and commercial strategy. Kate holds a master’s in supply chain management from the University of Tennessee, where she completed her thesis on balancing a dual fleet of diesel and battery-electric Class 8 trucks. Her research continues as she assists Maersk with development plans to support the transition from diesel to battery-electric vehicles in alignment with Maersk’s 2040 sustainability goals.
