Lisa Saliba has served as the chief finance and administration officer and assistant secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) since October 2021. In her role, Lisa leads the Office of Administration, Office of the Comptroller and the Office of Work Program and Budget. These offices support the successful delivery of critical department-wide functions such as accounting, development and financing of the work program and budget, human resources, training, administration, procurement and other administrative programs Lisa has enjoyed her public service career in fast-paced, high demand roles across executive and legislative organizations, with responsibilities ranging from advisory and leadership to finance and budget. She previously served as director of FDOT’s Office of Work Program and Budget.
