Patrick McKenna is president and CEO of the Eno Center for Transportation. He previously served as director of the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), where he led 5,100 employees in addressing decades of deferred maintenance across the nation’s seventh-largest transportation network. Before MoDOT, McKenna was deputy commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation and chief financial officer at the U.S. Senate, Office of the Secretary. His commitment to servant leadership led to volunteer roles with AASHTO, including serving as president and chair of the National Safety Committee. He also served on the executive committee of the Transportation Research Board and chaired the NCHRP 20-24 committee and national strategic vision project. McKenna currently serves on the Northwestern University Transportation Center’s Business Advisory Council and Cambridge Mobile Telematics’ Road Safety Board.
