Tyler Duvall is co-founder and chief executive officer of Cavnue, a company focused on accelerating the potential of connected and autonomous vehicles to make roads safer, less congested, shared and sustainable. Before joining Cavnue, Duvall was CEO of SH 130 Concession Co. in Central Texas. Prior to that, he was a principal at McKinsey & Co., advising a range of public and private sector entities on strategic, operational and organizational issues. He also served in several roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation, including acting undersecretary for policy, the agency’s third-highest ranking official. He led efforts to modernize transportation infrastructure through new procurement, technology and financing approaches. Duvall earned his bachelor’s in economics from Washington and Lee University and his juris doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
